Orders and Customization

When will I receive my ring?

All our pieces are made to order in India, except for a limited number of ready-to-ship pieces. From the moment you place your order, expect delivery within 20 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I customize my ring?

Absolutely. Every ring can be customized. We offer Silver (925), Gold (white/yellow/rose), and Platinum metals. We offer all diamond shapes, carat sizes, diamond colors, and diamond clarity grades. We also allow specific design tweaks. At Diamo, we truly believe that your ring should be how you like it. Just reach out before ordering, and we will work with you.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. If you have a design in mind that's not in our collection, we can create it. Email us at concierge@diamo.co with your idea and budget, and we will provide a quote within 2 business days.

Payments and Pricing

Why are your prices lower?

For three reasons.

We are a made-to-order shop with direct ties to manufacturing. No showrooms, no middlemen. That 60-70% savings go to you and better craft, better quality, and optimized logistics. We still save funds.

We heavily use technology to optimize every part of our operation. We refrain from unnecessary costs and deliver what people want, not what we want to sell.

We do not believe in inflated markups. Our markup is just enough to give back to the people who make your products and to help us operate and grow at a steady pace.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Do you offer financing?

Not yet, but it's coming soon. For now, many customers use services like Affirm or Klarna at checkout if available.

Are there hidden costs?

No. The price you see at checkout includes the ring design, the diamond you select, and shipping to your US address. The only additional cost might be sales tax, depending on your state.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Diamonds and Certification

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. They're physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is where they're created. One is made in a lab, the other is made in the ground.

Do your diamonds come with certifications?

Yes. All diamonds 1ct and above come with IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification. This is included in your purchase.

Since GIA does not grade LAb-grown diamonds anymnore, we cannot provide a GIA certificate anymore.

What diamond grades do you recommend?

We recommend D, E, or F color grades for the best value and appearance. For clarity, VS1, VS2, and VVS2 offer excellent quality without paying for perfection you can't see.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. Reach out to us if you want us to ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all U.S. and international orders. All items ship fully insured via DHL or FedEx

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your ring is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your ring. If it's not quite right, we've got you covered.

Diamo offers a 14-day return window starting from the day your item gets fulfilled. We will make it as easy as possible. Just write to us at concierge@diamo.co to receive your free return shipping label.

What if the ring does not fit?

We offer one free resize as part of our exchange policy within 30 days of delivery. Write to us at concierge@diamo.co, and we will handle it. You only pay partial return shipping.

Can I exchange my ring?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to discuss your exchange, and we'll work with you on the details.

Warranty and Care

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All our rings come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, loss, or damage isn't covered.

How do I care for my ring?

Clean it with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals. We recommend professional cleaning once a year.

What if something breaks?

Contact us immediately. If it's within warranty, we'll repair or replace it at only the return shipping cost. Out of warranty? We'll provide a quote for repairs.
