1. Custom Orders

All rings are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

 


 

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The final price you pay will be determined at checkout and may include applicable taxes based on your shipping address.

 


 

3. Returns

Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

 


 

4. Resize Policy

We offer one free resize per order within 7 days of delivery. Resizing requests must be submitted via email with your order number. We cover shipping costs for the resize service.

 


 

5. Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 30 days from the date of delivery. This includes incorrect specifications, quality issues with the setting or finish, and diamonds that don't match their certificates. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, and lost stones due to neglect are not covered.

 


 

6. Liability

Diamo is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or delayed delivery once the package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided. We recommend insuring valuable jewelry.

 


 

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
