Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ring. If it's not quite right, we've got you covered.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to return your ring for a full refund.

Requirements:
- Ring must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging and certificate included
- Contact us within 14 days to initiate a return

Refund details:
- Full purchase price refunded
- Return shipping paid by customer
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Free Ring Sizing

Wrong size? No problem.

We offer one free resize within 30 days of delivery.

How it works:
1. Contact us at concierge@diamo.co with your order number and the correct size
2. Ship the ring back to us (you pay return shipping)
3. We'll resize and ship it back (we cover shipping cost)
4. Turnaround time: 7-10 business days

Note: Only one free resize per order. Additional resizes are $75.

Exchanges

Want a different style? We can work with that.

Within 30 days of delivery:
- Exchange for any ring of equal or greater value
- Price difference applies if upgrading
- Return shipping cost is not covered, only new shipping is free

How to exchange:
Email us at concierge@diamo.co with your order number and which ring you'd like instead.

What's Not Returnable

- Custom designs (anything beyond standard customization)
- Engraved products
- Rings missing certificates or original packaging
- Returns requested after 14 days

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us with:
   - Order number
   - Reason for return/exchange
   - Photos if there's a quality issue

2. We'll respond within 24 hours with:
   - Return authorization
   - Shipping instructions
   - Prepaid label (if quality issue on our end)

3. Ship the ring back securely:
   - Use insured, tracked shipping
   - Keep tracking number
   - We recommend signature confirmation

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your ring arrives damaged or with a quality defect:

- We cover all costs (return shipping + replacement)
Expedited replacement - we'll rush your new ring
- Contact us immediately with photos

We stand behind our work. If something's wrong, we make it right.
