If you already have a ring that fits them, the simplest method is to measure its inside diameter and match it to a sizing chart. If you do not have one, use a printable ring sizer or a plastic ring sizer and measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their most normal size.

A few quick notes that prevent mistakes:

• Measure when hands are warm, cold fingers read smaller.
  
• If you are between sizes, consider sizing up slightly for a wider band.
  
• Planning a surprise proposal? Order your best estimate, and we can help with a resize after.

Your ring is custom-made to order. Please allow up to 25 days for production, quality inspection, and delivery. Once your ring ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Once your order is confirmed, we start crafting, and you will receive an update when it moves into production, and again when it ships.

If you have a proposal date, tell us before you order. We will confirm the most realistic timeline for your ring and advise on the best options.

We want you to love what you ordered. If a gold or platinum piece isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Email concierge@diamo.co for a return code, then send the ring back within 7 days. The return label is on us.

Silver pieces are exchange-only, and custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are not returnable except for a manufacturing defect, which our 1-year warranty covers.
