Amazing sparkle, trustworthy shop
I got a necklace, earrings set as an anniversary present. I was a bit hesitant seeing how they're very new. Since I heard good things about delivery and quality from a friend, I gave it a try. The set is beautiful. The packaging is normal, but it came in a well-insulated box. The certificates and BIS hallmark are all legit, I confirmed ids and dates. And the quality is just bespoke. The details are well thought out. Got great value for the price.

perfect nosepin!
Bought a nose pin for my mom, and she loves it. Apparently, they showcase just rings as they're very new, but they make everything out of diamonds. They are quick too! Great experience!

The perfect engagement ring
Diamo truly personally catered to my needs. Since I was a first-time buyer, I got their consultation service. They helped me through the process and understood exactly what I needed. Their craftsmanship is commendable, and the delivery timeline is exceptional. I have never heard of a custom ring delivered from India in less than 3 weeks. When there were delivery issues with my contact number, their team was prompt in stepping in and resolving them with urgency. That level of care and execution is rare. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Yesterday
I'll never look at diamonds the same way
I have always wanted to get a pear-shaped diamond. But the industry has so much conflicting information about what is a good diamond shape and what is not. I really liked Diamo's 'Ashnoor', so I contacted them, and they helped me place a pear-shaped diamond in a 3D image for me to see for myself. Long story short, I love my pear-shaped Ashnoor. It's perfectly made. The diamonds are all VVS2, E. The center stone sits at 2 carats for only $2190 (I got a coupon at one of their events!). Just love it all, and probably not buying a diamond jewelry piece from anywhere else.

How do I find the right size ?

If you already have a ring that fits them, the simplest method is to measure its inside diameter and match it to a sizing chart. If you do not have one, use a printable ring sizer or a plastic ring sizer and measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their most normal size.

A few quick notes that prevent mistakes:

Measure when hands are warm, cold fingers read smaller.
If you are between sizes, consider sizing up slightly for a wider band.
Planning a surprise proposal? Order your best estimate, and we can help with a resize after.

How long until I have my ring?

Your ring is custom-made to order. Please allow up to 20 days for production, quality inspection, and delivery. Once your ring ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Once your order is confirmed, we start crafting, and you will receive an update when it moves into production, and again when it ships.

If you have a proposal date, tell us before you order. We will confirm the most realistic timeline for your ring and advise on the best options.

What is your Return Policy

We want you to love your ring. If it's not quite right, we've got you covered.

Diamo offers a 14-day return window from the day your item is fulfilled*. We will make it as easy as possible. Just write to us at concierge@diamo.co to receive your free return shipping label.
